Since 1982 The Conservation Foundation has been creating and managing many initiatives involving a wide range of environmental issues throught the UK and around the world.

The Great British Elm Experiment

The experiment offers free saplings to schools and community groups from mature elms that appear to have resisted Dutch elm disease. The project hopes to inspire a new generation and to unlock the mystery of why some elms survived the disease
